Bad Brückenau was prepared perfectly...and has been disappointed at the end!

"Bad Brückenau welcomes Croatia" - after the responsible organizers of the administration of Bad Brückenau signed the contract with the Football Association of Croatia, all deciders have been absolutely aware, that an enormous logistical and organizing power will be needed to realize this important event. According to the association of Croatia a lot of croatian supporters intend to visit the FIFA World Cup at Germany. Of course they also would intend to join the presence of their team at the small bavarian village. Approximately 15.000 supporters per day should be calculated who want to visit their stars at the headquarter in Bad Brückenau.

Regarding this pre- information the organizers tried to be prepared most perfectly. For this reason the forum signed a contract with TARTLER to supply different tent structures with a total surface covering of approximately 5.000m² to accommodate their guests on the soccer field of the local football club. However and in spite of a good performance of the croatian team against Brasil for instance, the supporters have been lacking and did not visit Bad Brückenau. No one was able to analyze the reasons for the missing croatian fans.. Finally the frustrated organizing forum was enforced to cancel several events, which has been organized only for the croatian supporters. Due to bad financial results of certain events, Bad Brückenau correctly cancelled all further events and the whole tent accommodation was dismantled already at June 19th 2006 at the end.
