Frankfurt/ Dubai / Lützelbach

In May this year TARTLER faced a very special and high sophisticated challenge at Frankfurt/ Main. One of the most popular german pharma affiliated groups intended to held its annual combine corporate meeting at Arabella Sheraton Congress hotel which is located at "mainhattan" at Frankfurt. Because the capacities of the hotel did not suffice, the biggest part of the location had to be outhoused to the backyard of the hotel onto a big and natural protected meadow. Because there was no possibility to enter this area with heavy trucks, all the equipment had to be carried by 7.5t shuttle trucks. On top of very difficult terrain with important supply lines inside the ground, TARTLER installed approximately 2.400m² exclusive and temporarily meeting spaces only in between three days. Several workshops at both ends of the building, a big "dinner- area" with different styles of all five continents and lounges have been placed inside the structure. Next to an "american & caribean bar", a "french café" and an "african area", an "australian crocodile bar" and an "asia restaurant" have been established. Specifically a "mobile bridge" connecting the tent accommodation and the congress rooms of the hotel has been installed in additional. Under the control of an event agency from Dubai the event gets to a very big success. "It absolutely has been the most brilliant meeting we ever realized. All the guests have been enthusiastic!".
