In general, all "flying buildings" exceeding a total area of 100m² are to be examined by the local construction authority for proper construction and to be approved for use. For this purpose, a building application for the construction of a "flying building" should be made with the competent construction supervision authority.

Public acceptance for use by the construction authority is done on the basis of a "test book" provided by us.

The fees due for this are to be borne by the tenant and user of the system.
